How to schedule social media posts and see which ones bring leads

Most scheduling tools stop at likes and views. If the same tool also runs the chat on your website, it can show the whole path, from a post to a visitor to a conversation to a lead.

The gap in most social media tools

A scheduler tells you a post got views. Your website tells you someone became a lead. Nothing joins the two, so you cannot tell which posts were worth writing.

N3 Chat's Marketing feature sits in the same dashboard as your website agent, so both halves are in one place.

What you can do

Schedule and publish

Connect your accounts and publish to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Threads and X from one screen. A post can go out now, at a set time, or on a repeating schedule. A calendar shows what is planned.

Group posts into campaigns

Put the posts for one offer or event into a campaign. You can describe the campaign and have draft posts written for you to review and edit before anything is published.

Keep your images and videos in one library

Upload media once and reuse it across posts and platforms.

How the tracking works

When you switch on the tracking link for a post, N3 Chat adds a tagged link to your website. When someone clicks it, the widget on your site records where they came from and which campaign sent them.

That gives you one funnel for a chosen period:

  1. views of your posts
  2. visitors who came to your site from social media
  3. conversations those visitors started
  4. leads the agent captured

Each campaign shows the same numbers, so you can compare one against another.

What the numbers do not show

  • Views and engagement come from the platforms. They are shown where the platform shares them, currently Facebook, Instagram, Threads and LinkedIn.
  • Visitors are counted only for posts with the tracking link switched on.
  • Visitors are tied to a platform and a campaign, not to one single post.

Acting on it

The analytics page suggests next steps from your own numbers, such as posting your best post again, or checking a campaign that was seen many times but sent no visitors. "Post again" opens a copy of the post, ready to schedule.

Who it suits

It suits a small team that posts regularly and wants one tool for posting and lead capture. If you need social listening, a shared inbox for comments and messages, or approval workflows, a dedicated social media suite is the better choice.

Plans

Marketing is part of the Pro and Enterprise plans, and each plan has a daily posting limit. Current plans are on the pricing section.
