One account, a separate agent per site
Each website you add in N3 Chat is its own site, with its own:
- content, so one site's agent never answers from another site's pages
- look, welcome message and suggested questions
- conversations, leads and analytics
- integrations, such as its own calendar or Slack channel
You switch between sites in one dashboard. Paid plans cover several sites, and the top plan has no site limit. Current limits are on the pricing section.
Why not reuse one chatbot everywhere
One agent shared across sites answers from the wrong content, mixes leads from different businesses, and cannot carry each brand's colours and tone. Separate agents keep each business's data apart, which matters most when the sites belong to different clients.
For agencies
If you set up websites for clients, Partner access lets you install and verify a client's site from your own account, without their login. See how agencies set up an AI chatbot for client websites.
Setting up each site
- Add the site with its website address, so the agent reads that site's pages.
- Set its name, colours and welcome message.
- Install it with the WordPress plugin or the snippet. See how to add an AI agent to your website.
- Verify the domain, so the widget only runs where you allow it.
A client with no website
Some clients have only a social profile. For them, N3 Chat can host a page at an address like yourbusiness.n3chat.com with the agent on it. It counts as one site on the plan.
