The four steps to automate
Lead generation on a website has four steps. Each one can run without you.
1. Start the conversation
A visitor with a question will ask it if answering takes one click. An AI agent on the page gives them somewhere to ask at the moment they are wondering, which a contact page does not.
2. Answer and qualify
The agent answers from your own pages and documents. While it does, it asks what you would ask: what the visitor needs, for whom, and by when. This is what makes a qualified lead different from an email address.
3. Capture the details
The agent asks for contact details in the conversation, and N3 Chat picks the name, email, phone number and company out of what the visitor writes. Each lead is rated high, medium or low, and you get a short summary of what they wanted.
If you need specific fields, an Agentic Form collects them one question at a time. See replacing your contact form with an AI chatbot.
4. Hand it off
A lead nobody sees is not a lead. Send each one to where your team works:
- HubSpot, as a new contact
- Slack or email, as an alert
- a webhook, for any other system
- your calendar, as a booked meeting
What still needs a person
Automation covers the first conversation and the handoff. It does not close the sale. Someone still has to make the call, send the quote and follow up. The difference is that they start with a described, rated lead and not a blank form.
How to measure it
Three numbers show whether it is working: how many visitors start a conversation, how many of those become leads, and how many leads you win. N3 Chat's dashboard shows visitors, conversations, leads and the deals you mark as won, each compared with the period before.
